Baltimore Restaurant Week
Baltimore Restaurant Week is the region’s oldest and largest restaurant week promotion, featuring approximately 100 of the best dining establishments in central Maryland. Presented by Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and Visit Baltimore, the promotion first launched in 2006, and has historically featured 10 days of dining deals with restaurants offering multi-course prix-fixe lunch, brunch and dinner menus.
The promotion encourages the discovery of new restaurants or repeat visits to favorite eateries across the city by offering delicious discounts. Baltimore Restaurant Week consumers are sophisticated diners who take advantage of BaltimoreRestaurantWeek.com to compare menus and book tables through OpenTable. (The site is updated continuously throughout the promotion as restaurants join or update their menus.) Online reviews and food blogs of diners’ experience and menu favorites are common.
The promotion is supported by an extensive media relations and advertising campaign that cuts across print, electronic, and broadcast media.
