ServSafe Food Manager® Certification meets all the requirements mandated by the county and local health departments in the State of Maryland, and is recognized nationwide. The curriculum blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts. It covers principles including personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, and training hourly employees.

ServSafe® Food Handler is a great first step to ensure that all your employees are trained in food safety. The online class covers 5 key areas: basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross contamination, time & temperature controls, and cleaning & sanitation.

ServSafe Allergens™ is an online, interactive course driving home critical information your employees need to accommodate guests with food allergies. The course covers identifying allergens, communication, preventing cross-contact, food labels and more.
