Montreal Peppered Steak Marinade
McCormick® Ingredient: McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tsps. McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
1-2 pounds sirloin or strip steak

Method

1. Combine oil, soy sauce and Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning in a large, self-closing plastic bag or glass dish. Add steak. Refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.

Tips for Montreal Steak Seasoning:

Grilled potato wedges are a great side dish. For added flavor, brush potatoes with oil and lightly sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning while grilling.
